Tammy Coyer is the owner of Shear Expressions inside All About You Salon Suites at Pickerington. She has a burning passion for the cosmetology industry. She is a licensed Cosmetologist, as well as a Managing Cosmetologist and an Instructor. Tammy is very involved in the cosmetology community as a salon owner, educator, instructor and hair designer.

Tammy is an educator for Paul Mitchell and is certified in the art of style, product knowledge, and haircutting. She stays up-to-date on all products and trends by attending professional hair shows and beauty professional education classes.

Tammy is an instructor at The Ohio Academy Paul Mitchell Partner School teaching everything from Core Class to Final Phase. She also attends instructor classes to stay updated on all the latest education. Tammy feels she can never know everything and there is always room to learn. She is certified in haircutting at the education level and will soon be certified for color at the education level. Tammy is very dedicated to Paul Mitchell. She loves the culture, the products and most of all the staff and students.
